Villa Layout &
Guest Policy
Spindrift Villa is best suited for adults and families with older children (12+ recommended).
The villa comfortably accommodates 6 guests in the 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, and has a maximum capacity of 8 guests.
For security and privacy, only registered guests are allowed on the property. Any outside visitors must be pre-approved by management.
Check-in & Check-out
Standard check-in is 2 PM, and check-out is 10 AM.
Early check-in (from 7 AM) and late check-out (until 5 PM) can be pre-arranged for NZD500.
Arrivals before 7 AM and departures after 5 PM require booking an additional night.
Please note we do not have waiting areas for early arrivals or late departures.
Payment &
Cancellation policy
A 25% deposit secures your booking, with the balance due 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation: Free cancellations up to 31 days before arrival. No-shows or same-day cancellations are charged in full.
Payment via bank transfer (recommended) or cash.
A valid credit card will be requested at check-in to act as a security guarantee during your stay.
Information for your Travel
Cook Islands Visitor Requirements
Ensure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your stay. There are no travel requirements to enter the Cook Islands. [For further details, click here.]
Travel Insurance
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to safeguard against unforeseen events.
Time Zone & Date Line
The Cook Islands are on the other side of the date line, meaning they are a day behind New Zealand. Please double-check your flight bookings to avoid any confusion.
